Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team at Auto Gallery Group of Companies (Authorized Dealer of Mitsubishi Motors, Ford, MG Motors). As a Sales Advisor in the automotive sector, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, and helping them select the best vehicle according to their needs and preferences. You will also play an essential role in maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements. 2. Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about the features, specifications, pricing, and benefits of vehicles in our inventory. 3. Sales Process: Assist customers in selecting vehicles, facilitate test drives, and negotiate deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Quotation & Documentation: Prepare and present accurate quotations, follow up on leads, and ensure proper documentation for vehicle purchases. 5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by effectively closing sales and ensuring repeat business. 6. Post-Sale Support: Provide after-sales support, including follow-up calls, assisting with vehicle registration, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 7. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and addressing any issues. 8. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to ensure the best possible customer experience. 9. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, service, and support departments to ensure smooth sales processes and exceptional customer service. 10. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and follow-up activities in the system. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of automotive products and trends is a plus.
