REQUIREMENTS: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or related discipline. • Minimum of 5 year of relevant working experience in corporate legal affairs. • Experience in the port or maritime industry is an advantage. • Good communication skills in English both oral and written. • Good interpersonal skills and able to interacts with all levels of Management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office application, i.e Ms Excel, Word & Power Point. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The roles supports the Legal Department in various responsibilities, including: I. Legal & Contract Management: • Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents • Manage contract renewals and sublease agreements • Liaise with panel lawyers on legal matters. • Handle secretarial and administrative duties. II. Reporting & Administration: • Prepare monthly reports and meeting documentation. • Assist in budget preparation and planning. • Manage document stamping and departmental administrative tasks. • Coordinate with other departments and external parties as needed. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
