  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  5. In the JavaScript window, toggle the slider to "on" or "allowed."

  7. Refresh the page.

Term of References: a) Performing secretarial duties and logistics management of the Project b) Accompanying and assisting in preparation and arrangements for meeting, workshop, seminar, business trip, and other logistical matters. c) Assisting accounting including procurement management d) Assisting translation/interpretation for project activities e) Assisting other tasks for JICA Expert such as collecting data and drafting minutes & reports and reviewing/summarizing related documents (articles, papers, reports and etc.) Note: a) Capability to speak and write in Japanese Language is an added value. b) Working experience of logistics and procurement in international cooperation such as UN and JICA c) Knowledge/experience on climate change mitigation and/or interorganizational coordination d) Working experience in government and/or ministry’s line agency and institute Interested candidates are invited to submit their resumes to [email protected] before 24 February 2025.
