Job Description Plan and follow up on daily planning and production activities according to production schedule. Establishing work schedules and ensuring that employees are following them, as well as addressing issues that may arise during the work day. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. Ensure the safe use of equipment, schedule regular maintenance and clean work environment. Overseeing the safety of the food preparation process by inspecting equipment and facilities to ensure they meet safety standards (GMP/GHP, HACCP) Ensure that the warehouse / factory is well-organized, with precise and accurate inventory control and management. Reviewing employee performance regularly to ensure that they are meeting standards of excellence. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards. Handle and resolve complaints related to deliveries, stock discrepancies, and product quality. Closely monitor and collaborate with relevant departments to fulfil customer orders, consistently achieving on-time delivery. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements & check production output according to specifications Submit reports on performance and progress。 Perform tasks and duties as and when required by Management. Experience & Personal Skills Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Nutrition / Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent / Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, At least 3 to 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, in Food Industry. Hands-on GMP, HACCP, Halal, and ISO; knowledge of product formulation is added advantage. Mature, aggressive, hardworking, self-motivated, with a sense of urgency. Able to understand the operation logic of the production machines and equipment. Strong analytical abilities and trouble-shooting techniques and ability to work effectively within a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations. Knowledge of prepare and submit work progress reporting to Management. Good interpersonal and organizational skills. Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant system. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines. Able to write and speak fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia Work Location: Pagoh, Johor.
