  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks an MULTI AXIS CNC MACHINING EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development • Responsible for setting up, tool selection, operating of Multi Axis CNC machines by using industry standard machining techniques and practices while adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes. • Develop CNC programs in CAM Software for Multi Axis CNC machines • Troubleshoot machine issues to maximize Multi Axis CNC machine utilization while mitigating dimensional issues. • Plan machining from work schedules and engineering drawings and CAD. • Interpret complex blueprints, engineering plans, and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). • Identify improvement opportunities in programs & processes. • Measure, examine and test completed components to ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments. • Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials onto machine. • Change cutting tools and location of workpiece during machining process as specified in set-up instructions. • Observe and pay attention to machine operation to detect malfunctions, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. • Conducts post-program prove out for error checking and run time reduction. • Ensure compliance to computerized software requirements and application of standards at all levels. Requirements The required skills for the position MULTI AXIS CNC MACHINING EXPERT are: • Min 5 years’ experience in Multi Axis CNC. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Adhere to safety and quality policies. • Effective problem-solving abilities. • Keep maintenance data and report on daily activities. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification
