Key Responsibilities: Assist with bookkeeping: Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Accounts payable and receivable: Manage incoming and outgoing payments, ensure timely processing of invoices, and track outstanding balances. Data entry: Input financial data into accounting software with accuracy and attention to detail. Bank reconciliations: Assist with reconciling bank statements and ensuring financial records match. Prepare reports: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budget reports, and other financial documents. Assist with audits: Support the audit process by providing necessary financial documentation and assisting auditors as needed. Communication: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other departments regarding financial transactions and queries. General administrative duties: Assist with day-to-day office tasks, including filing, organizing, and managing records. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred. Experience: Prior experience in accounting or administrative roles is a plus but not required. Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
