Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: #Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. #Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks. Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies. #Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance productivity and performance. #Implement and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Monitor equipment and facility conditions, coordinating maintenance as needed. #Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries. #Prepare reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and operational issues. Address and resolve any warehouse-related discrepancies or challenges. Qualifications and Skills: #Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role. Strong leadership and team management abilities. #Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. #Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software. #Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. #Strong communication and interpersonal skills. #Forklift certification (preferred but not mandatory).
