Position: F&B Outlet Manager (Non-Halal Restaurant) Location: Sungai Petani, Kedah Join Our Clients Team! They’re on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced F&B Outlet Manager to oversee operations across their outlets in Sungai Petani, Alor Setar, and Ipoh. What You’ll Do - Oversee Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across multiple outlets. - Lead & Motivate Teams: Guide and mentor outlet managers and staff to achieve excellence. - Drive Performance: Monitor sales, control costs, and maintain high customer satisfaction. - Customer Service Champion: Create exceptional dining experiences for every guest. - Manage Resources: Plan budgets, optimize inventory, and minimize wastage. - Report & Communicate: Provide regular updates to senior management and align strategies with business goals. What We’re Looking For - 3–5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in multi-outlet roles. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Experience in inventory control and cost management. - A proactive, problem-solving mindset. - Willingness to travel between outlets. - Passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
