Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 2. Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales advisors, ensuring they have the skills and motivation to succeed. 3. Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with key clients and oversee the sales process from lead generation to vehicle delivery, ensuring excellent customer service. 4. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing feedback and implementing corrective actions when needed to meet targets. 5. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust strategies and identify opportunities for growth. 6. Reporting & Administration: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, track sales KPIs, and maintain accurate sales records. 7. Inventory Management: Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure the availability of stock to meet customer demands. 8. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently. 9. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments (service, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 10. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role, preferably within the automotive industry. Strong leadership and team management skills.
