  • Shortlist the most qualified candidates to present to the stakeholder, ensuring they meet the key job requirements.

Candidate Engagement and Interview Coordination:

  • Actively reach out to both active and passive candidates to gauge interest in available roles.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholder, providing logistical support and feedback during the process.
  • Maintain candidate interest and engagement throughout the recruitment cycle, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

  • Assist in negotiating salary and employment terms.
  • Handle the offer process, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
  • Ensure candidates’ smooth onboarding process once hired, managing expectations and timelines.
  • At least 1 years of experience in recruitment role
  • Strong Communication Skills with both internal stakeholder and candidate.
  • Familiarity with ATS, sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and job boards.
  • Ability to handle multiple role with a deadline given.
  • Capable of managing KPIs and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
