  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Overview

Subsidiaries of Advance Synergy Berhad, Paydee Sdn Bhd and Qurex Sdn Bhd We are looking for two (2) interns to join us in Transaction Risk team and Operations & Marketing team.

Paydee is a licensed payment solutions provider, offering card issuing, merchant acquiring, and digital payment services, regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia and a principal licensee of MasterCard and Visa. Qurex specializes in foreign currency exchange and remittance services, with over 20 years of experience in Malaysia.

Responsibilities for internship

Transaction Risk Intern:

  • Monitor merchant transactions and assist in identifying and addressing suspicious activity of merchants
  • Assist in develop and implement effective risk management strategies and controls to mitigate transactional risks.
  • Analyze transactional data to identify patterns and potential indicators of fraudulent activity.
  • Support in investigating suspected fraudulent transactions and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
  • Work in shift rotations
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the team.

Operations and Marketing Intern:

  • Assist with daily currency exchange and remittance transactions.
  • Provide customer service and support during over-the-counter transactions.
  • Support marketing efforts to promote Qurex’s services to new and existing customers.
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks or projects assigned by the team
