Job Description

1. Lead Generation

- Initiate calls to both prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Clearly explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products/services to clients.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by engaging in friendly, professional conversations that build trust and encourage repeat business.

2. Customer Support
Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, ensuring they are fully informed about products and services.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions or alternatives to ensure the best possible outcome.

3. Sales Performance and Reporting
