Job Descriptions :

  • Plan and execute lead generation strategies through both offline and digital marketing campaigns, including Google Ads, social media, website, email, and on-ground activation events, ensuring all campaigns drive results and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all marketing, promotional projects, and new product launches are effectively coordinated, deadlines are met, and budgets are managed efficiently.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance visibility.
  • Develop and write creative copy for various marketing campaigns, including emails, social media posts, and advertisements, ensuring the messaging aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage editorial calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent flow of content for audience interaction while analyzing and refining strategies as needed.
  • Manage social media communications, including creating content and moderating user-generated content in line with moderation policies, to engage and grow the community.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to produce relevant, impactful content and monitor campaign results for continuous improvement.
  • Provide support for the company's public relations (PR), community, and branding activities, including organizing events, brainstorming innovative ideas, drafting press releases, and maintaining relationships with media.
  • Assist with any additional ad-hoc marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned.

As part of the Marketing & Community Team, you are expected to:

  • Participate in brainstorming and developing creative marketing plans and growth strategies
  • Be the ambassador of the business community ecosystem through partnerships and events
  • Promote and ensure optimal understanding of marketing plans across the company.
