DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the team to successful event • To supervise & lead the team to ensure smooth operation before, during & after the event • To obtain quality leads during event • In the event if there’s no event/roadshow activation, you are required to work as a Telemarketing • Deliver prepared sales script that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to enroll the product or service- health screening package. • Explain products or services and prices (customized package), and answer questions from customers • Deliver promotional information to client, as and when promotion is available • Direct prospects to the sales team for better sales opportunity. • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation. Record updates • Enter and update customer information in the database (existing & new client). Record names, addresses, package details, payment and appointment details • Obtain names and telephone numbers of Potential client’, from other sources such as; referral leads, websites, events and vouchers • Identify potential client • Take and process orders in an accurate manner. • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintain records of customer • All event leads must be compiled and submit within 24 hours • To assist the respective sales person for all administration work such as reports, costing and etc whenever required. Sharing information of product or services offered • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals • Go “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Emailing product or service details and appointment • Schedule appointments with prospective customers & email necessary information for reference Others • To undertake any other ADHOC jobs assigned by Head of Department or Management from time to time.
