Operation & Maintenance Executive

• Verify and check that goods loaded for delivery are correct in quantity, condition, and type. • Maintain simplicity in the overall process of team and performance management. • Monitor all export and import shipping container movements and ensure documentation is completed by the shipping coordinator. • Oversee loading operations. • Ensure all equipment is in good condition for loading work. • Quick response and investigate any complaints that arise. • Monitor haulage to ensure laden containers are returned to the port on time. • Communicate and coordinate with other departments regarding order deliveries. • Ensure housekeeping are maintained after each loading or delivery. • Arrange routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance. • Overseeing troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in machines. • Conduct preventive maintenance according to the established schedule. • Arrange repair or replace faulty components to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency. • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, including repairs, inspections, and parts replacements. • Coordinate with the operation team to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations. • Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and longevity. • Manage spare parts inventory and request necessary replacements in a timely manner. • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to restore operations quickly. • Work closely with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or servicing. • Continuously improve maintenance processes and implement best practices. • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
