Position Title: Department: QC Documentation Clerk

Reports To: Lead DCC

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Compiles and arranges all the project documents (MDR) according to project requirement for on time submission.
  • 3.1 Certificate Issuance & Creating 3.1 Certificate Mater List
  • Manages the filing of project documents according to established system.
  • MDR Preparation and Submission
  • Purchasing Request for Stationary
  • Assist to arrange DHL courier service upon request.
  • Delivery Order (DO) receiving when necessary.
  • Any other duties as and when required by the immediate supervisor.
  • Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer / Third Party Inspector.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum SPM Qualification or Technical / Vocational Diploma / Certificate or equivalent.
  • Able to read and write in English.
  • Having Basic knowledge on Microsoft Excel.

TRAINING

  • To actively participate in the training of personnel, recommend training needs to the Competence/Training/HSE Manager and to evaluate the effectiveness of all completed training.

SAFETY

  • To ensure that all accidents/incidents are reported in a timely manner to the Safety Department and Line Management.
