Project HSSE Manager
A manager specializing in overseeing all the Project HSSE functions across all project worksites. The incumbent
shall be responsible to manage the Project HSSE team and the monitoring of HSSE conditions and practices of all
MOPS/OFS Project influenced sites. They should be able to provide strategic advise and oversee the enforcement
of control measures to ensure that the workforce are safe at all times. They should be eloquent in their
communication skills and stakeholder management to ensure that all the Project influenced sites and its contractors
adheres to MOPS/OFS HSSE Management System.
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Health & Safety/Engineering or its equivalent.
- Min 13-15 years of progressive experience in HSSE Management in Oil & Gas construction with at least 5
years in offshore marine construction.
- Experience in managing HSSE Management System.
- Completed Certification as a Workplace Health and Safety Officer (WHSO) through the Ministry of
Manpower, or equivalent/similar for overseas base.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO14001, lead auditor certifications desired.
- Professional HSSE Membership is desired.

- Mandarin or Portuguese depending on location
- PC literate with good documentation reports presentation.

Other requirements
- This position is based in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) Office
- This role requires frequent travel to Shipyards and Yards across Asia and South America. (20% travel expected)
