Customer Experience Measurement (NPS/Customer Feedback)

You will have the opportunity to…
Customer Experience Measurement (NPS/Customer Feedback)
- Support analysis of customer feedback from purchase and claims experience to identify pain points and trends. Suggest solutions for how to improve customer experience
- Support quantitative and qualitative customer research - design, distribute, analyze and visualize findings, using various research methodologies and tools
- Support cross-functional squad to map E2E customer journey involving, current state review, customer interview synthesis and human centric approach to future state design
- Get experience of how to collaborate with a cross-functional bolttech team to solve for customer problems, needs and desires
- Curious and willing-to-learn mindset
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Adaptable and ability to thrive in a fast paced and agile environment
- Problem-solving ability, creative thinking, and comfort with numbers
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and comfortable with mastering new tools (example: Qualtrics)
- Final year degree students having passion for customer experience
