Job Title: Full-time Admin/Receptionist

Position Overview: We are seeking for a motivated and organized Admin/ Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our center, providing exceptional service to clients and supporting our therapists.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Manage phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
• Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Process billing.
• Coordinate office supplies and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Support administrative tasks for the team as needed.
• Assist in social media postings
Qualifications:
• At least SPM holder and above, having an education background in psychology is preferred
• Preferred to have previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in google drive, sheet and WhatsApp
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and empathy.
• Language proficiency include English and Malay, Mandarin is a plus.
