  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including writing letter, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
  • Handling in recruitment of new staff and internship student.
  • Monitor Staff Attendance and performance.
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, record minute of meeting and progress checking, and reordering supplies.
  • Keeping track of account balances, processing payroll and managing petty cash.
  • Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts (using system).
  • Perform data entry: Record invoice/expense/etc in the provided account system.
  • Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Prepare payment for office supplies, company stocks and related expenses.
  • Attend training classes to improve knowledge and skills
  • Has Minimum Diploma Certificate
  • At least 1/2 years working experience in related field, Prior administrative experience.
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Multilingual may be preferred or required. Able to communicate with English averagely
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
