- Provide general administrative and clerical support including writing letter, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
- Handling in recruitment of new staff and internship student.
- Monitor Staff Attendance and performance.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, record minute of meeting and progress checking, and reordering supplies.
- Keeping track of account balances, processing payroll and managing petty cash.
- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts (using system).
- Perform data entry: Record invoice/expense/etc in the provided account system.
- Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare payment for office supplies, company stocks and related expenses.
- Attend training classes to improve knowledge and skills
- Has Minimum Diploma Certificate
- At least 1/2 years working experience in related field, Prior administrative experience.
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
- Attention to detail.
- Multilingual may be preferred or required. Able to communicate with English averagely
