- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Local university graduates are welcome!)
- Technical Knowledge: Strong interest in applying MFRS, MPERS, ISA and other accounting standards
- Skills: Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and keen attention to detail
- Teamwork & Independence: Able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
