The Content & Community Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across social media, email, and Google Business platforms. This role focuses on community engagement, influencer partnerships, and brand reputation management while ensuring a cohesive and high-quality digital presence for MOVE Private Fitness.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a content calendar and posting schedule across all platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content (images, videos, carousels, stories, written posts).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster brand engagement.
- Stay updated on social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work with the design team to ensure visually appealing and on-brand content.
Community & Reputation Management
- Build and nurture a strong online community around the MOVE brand.
- Monitor and address brand mentions, feedback, and potential crisis situations.
- Coordinate with customer service to maintain a consistent brand voice in interactions.
Influencer & Ambassador Program Management
- Identify and manage influencers, ambassadors, and key stakeholders.
- Oversee content collaborations and track partnership performance.
Google Business & Local Search Management
- Set up, optimize, and manage Google Business pages for all locations.
- Keep listings updated and respond to reviews and inquiries.
Marketing & Analytics
- Develop and implement a social media and email marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide monthly reports with key insights.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, engagement strategies, and content trends.
- Experience in community management, influencer partnerships, and reputation management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Business Profile, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite preferred).
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and community building.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in premium fitness, health, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
