  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role / Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and generate new business opportunities by prospecting and identifying potential clients within the assigned territory.

- Prepare and present sales proposals/quotations, negotiate contracts, follow up on leads and inquiries, and convert prospects into active clients.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and requests, ensuring exceptional customer service to guarantee client satisfaction.

- Coordinate and arrange all client business activities in collaboration with the internal support team.

- Represent the company at promotional activities, industry events, and trade shows to enhance brand awareness and promote services.

- Submit regular sales reports detailing sales activities, forecasts, and performance.

- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager and/or senior management.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field.

- Preferably 1-2 years of sales experience in the relevant industry. Experience with commercial laboratories and consultancy is an advantage.

- Dynamic, self-driven, and well-organized, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Resourceful and capable of working under pressure.

- Willingness to travel for client appointments and possession of a personal vehicle.

- Available positions in Penang and Selangor.
