Job Responsibilities

  • Outreach & Business Development
    • Expand Market - Identify and engage with new business opportunities to expand market share.
    • Reach Out - to existing and potential customers via email or calls to introduce SPS offerings, promotions, and partnership programs.
    • Build & Maintain Strong Relationships - with clients to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
  • Consultancy & OSH Project Support
    • Attend client meetings, presentations, and project briefings.
    • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client awareness sessions.
    • Assist in OSH consultancy and assessment projects as per client requirements
  • Sales Negotiation & Proposal Development
    • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales proposals, quotations, service agreements, and pricing.
  • Customer Feedback & Resolution
    • Address and resolve customer feedback or complaints in a professional and timely manner using the Customer Resolution Feedback (CRF) system.
  • CRM Management & Sales Tracking
    • Proactiveness - Proactively follow up on inquiries, quotations, and site visits to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Continuous Updating - Update and maintain SPS CRM (HubSpot) and customer database for efficient sales tracking.
    • Continuous Monitoring - Monitor sales performance, opportunities, and business leads.
  • Administrative & Reporting
    • Prepare and manage reports, data analysis, and key account documentation.
    • Monitor debt collection and financial records for sales transactions.
  • Marketing & Campaign Support
    • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
    • Support promotional activities, social media engagement, and outreach initiatives.
  • Event Participation & Networking
    • Represent SPS by attending trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Internal Collaboration & Support
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure cross-functional coordination.
    • Support training programs, public awareness initiatives, and corporate projects.
