Prerequisites

  • Understanding on marketing automation and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge and experience on analytics and optimisation tools i,e. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Target, SEMRush. Experience on Braze, Insider, Salesforce or other Martech tools is an added advantage.
  • Experienced working with International clients and projects is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead SEO and optimisation strategies, collaborating with teams on data-driven insights and performance improvements specifically on web and app platforms.
  • Develop and implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page/off-page optimisation, and technical SEO enhancements to improve conversion and retention.
  • Analyse and audit website and campaign performance, setting KPIs and metrics to drive organic traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariant testing, along with CRO strategies, to optimise website and marketing campaign effectiveness.
  • Improve search engine performance through structured data, site speed enhancements, and user experience optimisation.
  • Build audience segmentation, personalisation strategies for higher engagement and conversion rates.
  • Generate reports with actionable insights, providing recommendations to improve performances and optimisation strategies.
  • Communicate findings and best practices with clients and stakeholders to align strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated on SEO, martech trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices for continuous optimisation
