Accounting
- Ensure the completeness of full accounting entries and supporting worksheets/documents for monthly financial reports, cash flow, forecasts, and budgets.
- Handle all aspects of daily accounting functions, ensuring proper maintenance of accounting records in a timely manner.
- Prepare quarterly consolidation.
- Prepare annual and revised plans.
- Prepare quarterly reports for Directors’ review.
- Assist with interim and annual financial audits and liaise with auditors.
- Ensure proper filing of records and documents is maintained.
- Liaise with company secretary and tax agents for statutory reporting and tax compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager and Directors.
Administration
- Ensure daily office operations run normally and smoothly.
- Provide backup for admin staff when they are on leave or absent.
- Purchase fixed assets, office stationery, or sundries.
- Prepare staff payroll before the 25th of the month.
- Attend and take minutes for the Directors’ quarterly review meetings.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accountancy / Professional Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to converse in Mandarin.
- Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and local tax compliance.
- Attention to Details, Admin Management and Interpersonal skills.
- Proactive with a high sense of responsibility.
