Responsibilities:
- Develop visually appealing graphics for E-Commerce platform (Shopee, Lazada & TikTok), including but not limited to banners, adaptation design, and website elements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create innovative design solutions that align with project goals and objectives.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition to enhance the overall design aesthetic.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for visual communication through photography and videography
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into design projects to keep our creative output fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
- Integrate photography and videography into design projects to create a cohesive visual narrative.
- Any other task assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Creative Designer or Visual Designer, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in E-commerce adaptation design.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail, with the ability to produce high-quality work in both design and photography.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively.
- Reliable time management. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) in Graphic Design, Photography, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Experience in eCommerce, branding, or advertising.
- Strong understanding in design principles.
- Familiarity in beauty and family care industry.
- Knowledge of trends in photography, design, e-commerce platforms and social media.
- Displays positive mindset. Always willing to learn and able to accept feedback.
- Able to champion task and projects, working independently or as a team.
