Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Assistant at SAFt Advisory - Southkey. The Takaful Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks related to Takaful operations. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role is primarily located in Shah Alam.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Takaful operations and principles
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Diploma or degree in a relevant field
