Qualifications
- Understanding of Takaful operations and principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field
