  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with strategic sales approaches.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and expand the customer base for the brand(s) and retail business segment
  • Responsible for the development and sales, integrating regional and external resources to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage brand(s) project timelines according to assignment and KPIs set
  • Track and report on brand(s) business performance by analysing various internal and external reports and providing summary to management
  • Propose and execute action and improvement plans based on 360 feedback from involved stakeholders to drive incremental sales and profitability of the brand(s) managed
  • Be the point of contact (POC) for all information relating to the brand(s) assigned and be responsible for aligning key functions such as sales, procurement, marketing etc
  • Prepare documents and reports for brand(s) principals to highlight the company’s achievements and various initiatives put in place for the growth of the brand(s), as well as to raise any issues faced, suggest joint solutions and acquire additional resources from the brand(s)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Retail Management, or related field
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Have flair for sales and drive for sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm
