Data entry :

  • Input and maintain accurate financial data into accounting software and databases

    Account Receivable:

    • Review and verify account receivable transactions
    • Follow up customers' payments and collections
    • Processing check run on Delivery Order and Cash Sales to make sure is accurate with accounting software

      Record Keeping:

      • Maintain organized filing system for financial documents and receipts

        Supporting in Audits Control:

        • Gather and prepare documentation for internal and external audits

          Administrative Support:

          • Perform general administrative duties such as managing office supplies or maintenance
          • Ordering packaging materials with suppliers and some basic operations tasks
          • Assist in ad-hoc duties that assigned from time to time

  • Minimum SPM/ STPM or Any Related Field
  • Previous working experience in an accounting or clerical role is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Details Oriented
