Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Growth Executive at The Spark Group Asia located in Kota Damansara, with flexibility for some remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships: Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Effectively communicate value proposition: Clearly and persuasively articulate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close clients: Successfully negotiate contracts and close deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Generate leads through various channels: Leverage a variety of channels, including networking, online platforms, and industry events, to generate new leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities: Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving ambitious goals.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
