Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Assist the Sales & Marketing manager & Director in administrative tasks, scheduling, claims preparation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    Retail Administration Duties:

    • Support inventory management, product display, and quality control for flowers.
    • Assist walk-in customers and handle sales transactions using POS systems.
    • Coordinate with suppliers for stock and oversee retail cleaning schedules to ensure a clean, organized environment.
    • Purchase necessary office or retail items and manage delivery logistics.

      General Support:

      • Prepare marketing materials, plan events, and support promotions.
      • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
      • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design for marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and POS systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle claims preparation and documentation efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of retail operations, customer service, and quality control processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
