Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement employee communication strategies to build an internal communication system that ensures everyone is aligned with the company goals. This will help the team continuously understand and embody our core values, fostering robust internal cooperation and synergy.
  2. Manage global cultural communication channels and key release, including, but not limited to, H5 content, copywriting, and poster/video production.
  3. Establish a visual system to ensure the consistency of visual elements in internal communication within the company.
  4. Own and support the establishment and promotion of critical cultural programs that enhance employee recognition and engagement through topics, events, and activities.
  5. Execute and support global cultural activities within the company, including planning, organization, promotion, on-site management, and post-event communication.

Qualifications

  1. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in areas such as Organizational Culture, Internal Communication, Media, Employee Engagement, or similar fields.
  2. Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations and maintain resilience under pressure.
  3. Communication Skills: 1) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 2) A keen sense of diverse communication styles, with a global mindset essential for effective interaction both within and outside the department.
  4. Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy with essential computer skills necessary for office tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Canval, PS etc.) and capable of presenting basic data reports.
  5. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is required.

Preferred Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proficiency in video editing and/or video planning software.
  3. Previous experience in creative or communication companies is a strong advantage.
  4. Willingness and ability to business travel around the world as needed for the role.
