  • Provide administrative support and documentation to Sales Team. (Sales Confirmation, Sales Orders, Invoice and Delivery Orders)
  • Handle all related sales documentation
  • Attend to sales inquiries from call, all walk-In customers, provide consultation and services to walk-in customers.
  • Liaise with customers on delivery and logistics matters
  • Assist in generating and preparing the necessary sales reports on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • To handle daily sales activities (prepare quotations, check quotation, follow-ups, and maintain good customer service).
  • Respond to customer inquiries, phone calls, requests, etc.
  • Perform all other tasks assigned by Superior
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business Admin/Sales/Secretarial or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of working experience in Clerical/Administrative Support, Sales Operation, or equivalent is essential.
  • Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Oral & Written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
  • Organized, focused, and detail-oriented person.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Position with 6 months contract is available.
