  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction targets are met
  • Assist supervisor in daily management and operational tasks
  • Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints from walk-in or call-in dealers/customers and follow up appropriately to ensure closure
  • Maintain customer/dealer records by creating/updating account information in the system
  • Assist in sales and marketing activities/events as necessary
  • Arrange and coordinate office visits for dealers and new customers
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
  • Applicants must have at least SPM or equivalent
  • Language skills: Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 year of work experience in related field, but fresh graduates are welcome and those with MLM industry experience are preferred
  • Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days per week
  • Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power Point)
  • Ability to multi-task and willing to work overtime
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Polite/always smiling and cheerful
  • Responsible, dedicated and with a good work attitude
  • Ability to start work immediately/on short notice
