- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction targets are met
- Assist supervisor in daily management and operational tasks
- Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints from walk-in or call-in dealers/customers and follow up appropriately to ensure closure
- Maintain customer/dealer records by creating/updating account information in the system
- Assist in sales and marketing activities/events as necessary
- Arrange and coordinate office visits for dealers and new customers
- Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
- Applicants must have at least SPM or equivalent
- Language skills: Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year of work experience in related field, but fresh graduates are welcome and those with MLM industry experience are preferred
- Applicants must be willing to work 5.5 days per week
- Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power Point)
- Ability to multi-task and willing to work overtime
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Polite/always smiling and cheerful
- Responsible, dedicated and with a good work attitude
- Ability to start work immediately/on short notice
