Job Scope Summary: The Super Maid ensures guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities include preparing rooms, replenishing amenities, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with VIP or special requests. The role also involves monitoring Do Not Disturb (DND) rooms, securing keys, and ensuring timely room turnovers. Attention to detail, efficiency, and excellent service are essential in maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. Responsibilities: 1. Maintain cleanliness and service guest rooms according to hotel standards, including vacuuming, replenishing amenities, and bathroom cleaning. 2. Report complaints, maintenance issues, lost and found items, or missing/damaged hotel property to the Supervisor or Assistant Manager. 3. Promote and upsell hotel facilities, F&B outlets, and services whenever opportunities arise. 4. Follow hotel policies, security procedures, and housekeeping systems, including proper handling of keys and lost & found items. 5. Ensure high levels of customer service and professionalism in all guest interactions. 6. Participate in special cleaning projects, linen handling, and proper disposal of trash and waste. 7. Attend meetings, maintain punctuality, and uphold professional grooming and presentation standards. 8. Foster a positive work environment by treating colleagues fairly, supporting team welfare, and maintaining good working relationships. 9. Adapt to operational needs, assist with turndown service, and be open to learning and training opportunities.
