Warehouse Executive (Based in Batu Kawan)

• Planning, monitor & scheduling shipment to customer. • Ensure on time delivery schedule and update delivery status to relevant parties. • Solving logistics activity related issues and report to the management accordingly. • Plan, coordinate and manage lorry drivers’ daily routine. • Keep track delivery times, transport cost and performance evaluation. • Monitor transport cost to minimize cost impact to the company. • React to any offsite breakdown. • Any ad hoc task as assigned by the superior. • Attend customer inquiries timely & accordingly. • Delegate effectively to team; mentor team members • Receives and stores documents and confidential files; maintains record of approved document and confidential file destruction. • To manage and implement smooth warehouse operations system through computerized system (SQL). • Oversee warehouse security through review of physical security measures and continuous monitoring, and recommends modification on the program/daily task. • Assist in incoming and outgoing containers. • Daily management of the overall material requirement listing to maintain minimum stock value. • To monitor and maintain inventory counts as well as verify stock accuracy; always ensure sufficient material; and that all materials are controlled, stored and segregated properly. Requirement: • Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma or related field. • Well-working experience in manufacturing at least 2-3 years, preferably in • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Required Skill(s): Good Attitude, Responsible, Self-Initiative, High curiosity and learning capacity, Ms Office, and multi-lingual communication.
