Process Engineer

RESPONSIBILITY a) Liaise with Supply Chain department, laboratory, warehouse and maintenance department to determine production requirements. b) Make sure the production schedule is respected and the material produced is as per specifications pre-defined. c) Develops a production schedule detailing all tasks and when they should be completed to meet predicted completion date. d) Co-ordinate with HR department in systematic manpower distribution and arrangements. e) Troubleshoots problem that occur during production like material usage, quality issues, including staff shortages and machinery malfunctions. f) Organize production recipe paperwork & maintain records. Present monthly statistical reports on KPI values and propose actions for improvement. g) Collects and assesses data about the production and operations team’s performance. h) Lead and train team of Quality Control Operator, Colour Specialist to ensure the requirements of quality system and standard are complied. i) Co-ordinate with the safety team to help maintain a safe working environment. Participate in all internal and external meetings with suppliers and authorities. j) Co-ordinate with external contractors for any company needs for the upkeep of the factory and new investments. SKILLS a) Good communication skills. b) Able to learn and work on company ERP system. c) Good knowledge in technical background. d) Effective management and day-to-day operations of manufacturing.
