Department managers are responsible for the operations of a certain division or department of a company. They ensure objectives and goals are reached and manage employees. 1. As the Department Manager to oversee the full operation of the company in Malaysia. Inclusive of management, fulfilling all legal requirement of operating a company in Malaysia, hiring of new employees for the company in Malaysia. 2. As the Sales and Customer Service Department Manager to support the Managing Director in running the sales and customer services of the company in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. 3. To support after sales services and maintenance of equipment sold to existing customers in Malaysia and to develop new customers in Malaysia and South East Asia. These includes Japanese customers, Malaysian companies, and other international companies. 4. To do sales, marketing, customer service and office operation reports in Japanese to the Managing Director regularly. 5. To communicate customers and potential customers requirement to manufacturing factories in Japan and China. Communication will need to be in Japanese and Mandarin. 6. To take on any other job responsibilities as required by the company from time to time.
