Supply Chain Manager

Job Description Define strategic sourcing and procurement objectives aligned with business needs. Identify cost-saving opportunities through a deep understanding of business requirements. Lead strategic sourcing and supplier partnerships to ensure cost efficiency and compliance. Set and track procurement cost goals. Implement systems for supplier and inventory management. Provide leadership, training, and development for the procurement team. Monitor supplier quality and take corrective action when needed. Apply project and change management techniques in sourcing. Manage procurement performance using financial and operational metrics. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and suppliers. Use best practices to enhance sourcing strategies and customer satisfaction. Support global procurement efforts by sharing best practices within Norautron Group. Ensure AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) compliance. Adhere to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards for quality, environmental, and safety compliance. Ensure all activities comply with EHS policies. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 10+ years in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement in the EMS industry. Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and deliver value. Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Action-oriented, adaptable, and able to handle pressure. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
