PURCHASING & PRODUCTION CLERK

Job description • To deal with supplier for all relevant issues including product quality, delivery, pricing and etc • Obtain quotations from vendors / suppliers and negotiate for the best price, best quality and best service to ensure cost effectiveness • To ensure incoming goods according to purchase order and delivery schedule • To coordinate with supplier for any issue. Eg. Delivery schedule. Shortages, damages etc • To check and verify quantity and price against invoice, Delivery Order, Purchase order and enter into system • Updated records of purchase products, delivery information and update in system • Handling products complaints • Work closely with internal department and external suppliers on purchased items to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised date • Responsible for Goods Receiving and outgoing process and procedure • In-charge of Inventory and warehouse activities • Accountable on stock accuracy • Prepare inventory report • Coordinate with warehouse to ensure proper stock allocation • To perform any other duties assigned by the management from time to time Requirements : • Candidate must possess at least SPM/”O” Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. • Prefer Bahasa Malaysia/ English/ Mandarin speaking candidates • Proficient in Ms Office, especially in Excel and words • Possess good communications skills, good attitude, hardworking, willing to learn and good interpersonal skills • Able to adapt in a multi-tasking working environment • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak and write) • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support/Customer Service or equivalent • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply • 1 Full-Time position available • Possess own transport
