In this Role, you’ll get to
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple Overseas countries especially SEA markets, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Collaborate with local payroll providers to collect and validate payroll inputs, including salaries, benefits, allowances, and deductions.
  • Review and validate payroll calculations, including statutory deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
  • Reconcile and validate payroll outputs, including payslips, tax filings, and social security contributions.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues from employees across countries.
  • Coordinate year-end payroll processes, including the production of annual tax statements and compliance reports.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities for payroll-related audits, compliance checks, and reporting.
  • Conduct periodic payroll audits to ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops, HRBP, finance, and tax teams for accurate employee data management and seamless payroll integration.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR and finance teams on payroll processes, compliance, and reporting.
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in hands-on payroll processing, preferably with regional experience.
  • Experience with local payroll providers and managing external vendor relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is required.
  • Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to changing payroll requirements.
