  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

· Track the production line and form a quality monthly report, including the first order of products to follow the line to confirm, product/material/process changes in the internal implementation of tracking, MRB review and production line material abnormalities occurring in the disposal.

· Responsible for the production line SIP and quality management system related system development and implementation.

· Through SPC and other process monitoring data analysis and improvement of the organisation, and participate in the production of key products to improve and product reliability evaluation.

· Responsible for the organisation of quality abnormalities to review the development of improvement measures, participate in product audits of the causes of defective products and improve the effect of confirmation tracking and supervision of the implementation of on-site improvement of product quality after the implementation of the product quality, the formation of the corresponding quality report.

· Responsible for the product off the line, the final quality inspection of the product, check the product appearance, batch number, code, etc. to ensure the correctness of the quality of qualified products for issuance.

· Responsible for arranging the specific work and organisational structure of PQA and QC, training personnel and performance appraisal of employees.

· Responsible for establishing and improving the control content of the workshop process, and promoting the abnormal improvement of the case.

· Responsible for measuring instrument calibration management, regular calibration organisation.

· Responsible for receiving customers to visit the production site, and accompanied by an introduction to improve customer trust in the product.

· Complete other work assigned by superiors.

Jobs Requirement:

· Possess with Bachelor Degree or above in science and technology and management.

· At least 3 years experience with testing, familiar with the testing process and specifications, proficient in software testing methods and some common testing tools.

· Familiar with electronic technology and mechanical general knowledge, familiar with TWS, automotive, consumer electronics related professional knowledge.

· Familiar with QC seven tools, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, IATF16949 basic knowledge.

· Familiar with 5S management, EHS system knowledge, QEH management body, master statistical techniques, understanding of DOE, 6 sigma, GB, etc..

· Have good communication, coordination, analysis and management skills.

· Willing to travel to China for related training;

· Proficient in Mandarin will be an advantage.
