Accountant

This position presents an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to embark on a career in accounting and finance. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced finance team to support various accounting functions. - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Accounting/Admin and Finance field - Priority for those already register as MIA member - Manage full set account, cash flow management and audit etc. - Assist in daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing. - Assist to maintain in cost accounting, internal control and accounting systems implementation. - Maintain accurate and organized financial records using accounting software, particularly Autocount - Familiarity with Autocount accounting software is highly preferred. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Assist to liaise with bankers, lawyers, external auditors and tax agents in ensuring compliance in all matters relating to bank facilities, audits, taxation and statutory requirements etc. - Provide support for audits and other ad hoc projects as needed.
