  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

Key responsibilities :

1. Customer Meetings and Requirement Gathering

  • Meet with customers to understand and gather their requirements for products and service

2. Build and maintain Business Relationships

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with both new and existing customers.

3. Product and service communication

  • Regularly communicate new products, services, and updates to customers.

4. Quotation preparation

  • Prepare and send quotations to customers based on their requirements

5. Quality issue resolution & customer feedback

  • Liaise with customers regarding any quality issues or feedback.

6. Customer satisfaction surveys.

  • Conduct an annual customer satisfaction survey to gauge customer experience and identify areas for improvement.

7. Mold Tooling Form Submission

  • Issue Mold Tooling Forms to the Engineering team for new molds or modifications to existing molds.

8. Ensure Customer Requirements Compliance

  • Ensure that the product and service offerings align with customer specifications and requirements.

9. New Product Information Meetings

  • Coordinate and lead new product information meetings with the team to discuss product updates, launches, or modifications.

10. Audit Participation

  • Assist during audits, ensuring that all relevant marketing documents are up to date and compliant.

Job requirement :

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other similar related field.
  • 1-2 years of experiences as a Marketing Executive. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in both official languages, mandarin speakers will be an added advantage.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Respect of people ideas.
  • Willing to travel to meet customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
