The candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, attendance tracking, and other tasks. This role is ideal for someone with experience in the manufacturing industry who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training coordination.
- Handle exit formalities, including exit interviews, clearance, and documentation for departing employees.
Attendance & Leave Management:
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and overtime.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Assist in the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Support other HR-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Mandarin Speaking skill (To effectively dealing with China management)
