Responsibility

A Customer Service Representative’s primary duty is to support customers. To fulfil this main responsibility, they may perform the following tasks. Plan, prepare and process purchase orders according to order requirements, follow up incoming order to ensure stocks timely arrive and to avoid supply interruption.

Scope :

1. Responsible for customer outstanding order

2. Reply delivery plan to customer as per customer requirement.

3. Verify and confirm customer Purchase Order in system (new purchase order)

4. Reconciliation outstanding purchase order with OPO customer.

5. Working with Excess & Obsolete team to validate and analyze the exposure claims

which summited by contract manufacturers/customers.

6. Monthly forecast report.

7. Customer SOA issue

  • Discrepancy Invoice (unit price, PO, quantity)
  • Prepare CN/DN form for invoice error
  • POD error

8. Support upload customer invoice into customer portal.

  • Wingtech portal
  • Flex group portal
  • Meiban Portal

9. Support shipping department & work closely with shipping team for shipments

arrangement to contract manufacturers/customers.
10. Support provides customer request soft copy of POD

11. Response customer inquiry on time.

12. Follow up and provide supply plan commit to meet demand requirement

13. Other duties and responsibility may be assigned by management from time to time.

14. Identify and coordinate with Operation Team, Procurement Team and contract

manufacturers/customers to resolve all the capacity bottleneck and material supply risk

issue to meet orders and demand requirement.

Employee Relations :

  • Collaborate with supply planners to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
  • Establish and communicate feasible production schedules meeting demand
  • supportability and customer requirements.

Required skills and qualificator

  • Graduation / Diploma in business management or relevant field
  • At Least 2 years of experience in CSS.
  • Exceptional sales and customer service skills
  • Brilliant presentation skills
  • Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving
  • Strong communicator, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
