[Requirements] Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Proficient in financial software and MS Office Suite. [Responsibilities] Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and oversee financial strategies to support business objectives. Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management. Manage cash flow, funding, and investment strategies. Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations. Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets. Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team. Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews. Ensure continuous improvement of financial processes and systems. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company objectives.
