Job Summary
We are looking for a Clerk to join our team in the logistics industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling shipment bookings, inquiries, and complaints while ensuring smooth processing of assigned customer shipments. This role requires accuracy in data entry and documentation, as well as coordination with the operations team for pick & pack arrangements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle bookings, inquiries, and complaints related to shipment consignments
- Ensure smooth and proper handling of assigned customer shipments.
- Accurately input data and manage documentation.
- Notify and pre-alert the operations team for pick & pack arrangements.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation efficiently.
- Willing to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
