SALES ASSISTANT
1. Greet customers warmly and offer assistance with a friendly demeanor and inviting facial expression.
2. Provide opinions/suggestions to customers about the benefits of products.
3. Assist customers in making choices by building customer confidence, offering recommendations, and opinions.
4. Record each sale by updating customer profile records.
5. Accept any form of payment from customers in the form of cash , debit/credit cards.
6. Ensure customers are informed in advance about the products they are purchasing, including the importance, benefits, advantages, potential, and product lifespan.
7.Record/update inventory and ensure items are in stock if there is demand.
8. Carry out promotions for company products.
9. Ensure standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are adhered to.
10. Ensure sales targets for products are met.
11. Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
